Job Title: Staff AccountantJob Description We are seeking a dedicated Staff Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess 2-5 years of experience in staff accounting and be proficient with Netsuite and Excel. This full-time role requires working on-site in Irvine, where the accountant will handle key financial tasks and collaborate with various departments. Responsibilities + Conduct end-of-month close processes. + Manage accounts receivable for projects and manufacturing. + Perform bank reconciliations. + Assist and guide the accounts payable processor located in Australia. + Process payroll. + Support project managers with budget to actual analysis. + Prepare inventory reporting for a customer with a warehouse on-site, liaising with the customer's finance team. Essential Skills + 2-5 years of experience in staff accounting. + Proficiency in Netsuite is highly preferred. + Strong Excel skills, including pivot tables and vlookups. + Experience with general ledger, reconciliation, month-end, journal entries, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation. Additional Skills & Qualifications + Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred. + Ability to assist with invoicing for a small customer. + Comfortable with potentially taking on payroll duties, with training provided. + Personable and bubbly demeanor with strong communication skills. Work Environment Work in a corporate office located in Irvine, with a small team consisting of the Director of Finance and yourself. The role requires daily communication with various departments, primarily through verbal interaction. The schedule is fully onsite from 9 AM to 6 PM, totaling 40 hours a week. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $38.46 - $43.27/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
