As a Senior Associate GDCM Property Systems Specialist – Point of Sale, you will bring your technical skills to a hospitality company with an award-winning culture. On the Point of Sale team reporting to Manager Point of Sale Projects, you will support projects including Point of Sale Installations or modifications as an individual contributor.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.

What your day-to-day will be like:

  • Complete project milestones to ensure agreed timelines are met.
  • Ensure key deployment pre-requisites are in place and tested.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of project progress using project management tools

How you will collaborate with others:

  • Work directly with hotel team members to complete required documentation.
  • Co-ordinate with vendors to schedule testing and go live dates.
  • Support Interface Co-Ordinator’s as they complete configuration and testing.

What projects you will take ownership of:

  • You will be responsible for working with assigned vendors and any projects they have contracted with hotels.

WHY YOU’LL BE A GREAT FIT

You have these minimum qualifications:

  • Three (3) years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
  • One (1) year of work experience in property systems installation
  • Travel up to 10%

It would be useful if you have:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, or Associate’s Degree plus 6+ years of Technology related experience, or High School Degree/GED plus 12+ years of Technology related experience
  • Five (5) + years of professional work experience in Technology or related field
