Recruiting Coordinator
Location Hybrid – 85% Remote | 15% Onsite as needed
Compensation & Schedule
• $28–34/hr. depending on experience and skills
• Monday – Friday, flexible between 8am–5pm
• Start Date: ASAP
ROLE IMPACT
As a Recruiting Coordinator you will play a critical role in supporting the recruitment process by enabling seamless interview logistics, clear communication, and responsive coordination across hiring managers, candidates, and recruiters. Your efficiency and organization will directly impact candidate experience and hiring team productivity across North America.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Support 3–5 recruiters by coordinating candidate interviews, extending offers, and initiating background and relocation processes
• Manage candidate communications and ensure timely updates throughout the hiring process
• Guide hiring managers and candidates through process steps including immigration/sponsorship and travel booking
• Disposition candidates and audit offer letters to maintain process accuracy
• Handle escalations from customers and resolve issues with professionalism
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years of experience in interview scheduling, preferably in a high-volume tech environment
• Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and responsiveness
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with strong time management skills
• Agile and adaptable to evolving technology and process improvements
CORE TOOLS & SYSTEMS
• Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Calendar and scheduling platforms (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar)
• Background check and immigration processing tools
• Communication tools (e.g., email, messaging platforms)
• Travel booking software
• Document audit and management platforms
PREFERRED SKILLS
• Prior experience supporting talent advisors or recruiting teams
• Exposure to contractor conversion and process optimization projects
• Familiarity with North American hiring practices
