JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Membership in the GTP North America NAC team, and actively contribute to the development of the cross functional community
- Drive project activities and give input to overall plan
- Serve as a key Interface to your stakeholder areas
- Take an active part in the project, contribute to the fulfillment of the total project goals, and be the voice GTP in multiple project fora
- Oversee the localization plans and ensure compliance to USMCA requirements, while optimizing cost, transportation and resiliency
- Inform the Purchasing line organization about project demands, targets, time schedules, and other relevant project information
- Prepare and present project statuses and management project reviews in purchasing reference groups as well as other forums
- Ensure Purchasing resources are secured
- Contribute and secure that the purchasing time plan fits within the overall time plan
- Lead Projects risk management from Purchasing standpoint, including risk response and risk mitigation plans, as well as documentation and communication
- Escalate issues/inputs needed to deliver on agreed targets utilizing proper escalation process
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor"s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or related discipline, or equivalent working experience
- 3+ years of Project Management experience
- Heavy trucking, automotive, construction equipment, aviation, or aerospace industry experience required
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
- Experience in digitalization and report creation
- Proficiency in Spanish language is a plus
- Strong leadership skills and ability to prioritize
- Open minded and a positive attitude

- Able to lead colleagues in a trustful manner
- Team oriented and place value in trust-based collaboration
- Ability to develop and inspire/motivate others
