Job Specifics:
• Position will be primarily based in the brand-new, state-of-the-art, free-standing facility in Aberdeen, MD.
• Under the direction of the Medical Director of Behavioral Health Services, the Advanced Practice Nurse Practitioner will assist attending Behavioral Health physicians in all aspects of psychiatric care.
• All work will be performed in close collaboration with attending physicians responsible for the patient.
• Psychiatric services provided in a variety of settings, including Inpatient, Psychiatric Day Treatment, Intensive Outpatient, Outpatient, as well as an Urgent Care Walk-In setting
• Monday through Friday work schedule. Ideal work environment with a very manageable, compensated call rotation shared among five providers, fostering a healthy work/life balance!
• Excellent opportunity to work within a vast behavioral health continuum.
• Ideal candidate will have at least two years of patient care experience as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner.
