Ideal Candidate Profile:

We’re looking for licensed agents who are ready to leave behind:

• Hourly pay with little or no commission.
• Being W-2 poor with no path to build wealth.
• Agencies that pay based on their cut, not your value.

You must have:

• An active P&C license (Georgia resident or must obtain a non-resident license).
• Life license (preferred, not required).
• Confidence, coachability, and a strong work ethic.
• Your own home office setup with a desktop or laptop computer.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Selling and servicing home, auto, and renters’ insurance.
• Outbound calling of leads provided to you: 3 hours out of an 8 hour day.
• Reviewing policies and identifying cross-selling opportunities.
• Delivering a client-first experience from start to finish.
• Staying current on industry products and compliance.
