Project Manager – Warehouse Storage Systems - Surprise, AZ

John Charles Search are proud to be representing a fast-growing, US-based organization specializing in customized warehouse and logistics infrastructure is looking to appoint a Project Manager to support its expanding operations. With multiple distribution and service hubs nationwide, the company partners with a wide range of commercial clients to deliver storage and operational efficiency solutions.

This is a full-time role offering a strong compensation package and long-term development potential. The successful Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing a range of commercial site-based projects from planning to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, on budget, and to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

Project Manager – Key Responsibilities:

The successful Project Manager will be responsible for:

• Overseeing collaboration between internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient execution of storage system installations, including pallet racking , shelving, mezzanines and associated solutions.
• Reviewing technical drawings and translate them into practical material requirements.
• Managing project timelines, logistics, and installation activities.
• Developing project scopes in collaboration with internal sales and operations teams.
• Monitoring progress and ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
• Acting as a key liaison between clients, vendors, and internal departments.
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation for quality and compliance purposes.

Project Manager – Ideal Profile:

The ideal profile for the successful Project Manager will view as:

• 5+ years of experience in a Project Management or Site Coordination role.
• Familiarity with warehouse construction, layout, or material handling systems is highly desirable.
• Competence with tools such as Microsoft Office and project tracking software.
• Experience with AutoCAD or layout/engineering software (preferred).
• Working knowledge of financial or business software such as QuickBooks (a plus).
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.

Project Manager – Package Overview:

The successful Project Manager's package will include:

• Annual Salary Range: $80,000 – $110,000 (dependent on experience)
