  • Develop and manage corporate, promotional, and program-related marketing materials, including copy and communications.
  • Manage vendor item switches and ensure packaging updates are executed flawlessly.
  • Oversee catalog price list updates and ensure accuracy across all distribution formats.
  • Execute private label packaging, ensuring specifications and branding requirements are met exactly as requested.
  • Fulfill catalog requests that come through the CRM system in a timely manner.
  • Create various sales presentations and marketing collateral for senior management throughout the year.
  • Provide strategic oversight of all product packaging and printed marketing materials (B2B and B2P), ensuring correct layout, copy, and technical specifications.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in product marketing, catalog management, or related roles.
  • Strong understanding of catalog creation and product lifecycle management.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills, with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to write compelling product descriptions and marketing copy.
  • Experience managing packaging design and execution processes.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Proficiency in marketing platforms, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with digital marketing tools is a plus.
