Requirements of the Pediatrician:
○Must have an active State License
○Must be Board Certified or Board Eligible
○Must be fluent on Spanish

Responsibilities of the Pediatrician:
○Diagnose and treat illnesses, medical conditions, and injuries.
○Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests.
○Collect, record, and maintain patients' information and histories.
○Prescribe and administer treatments, therapies, medications, vaccinations, and other specialized medical care.
○Explain procedures and discuss test results or prescribed treatments with patients and family members.
○Monitor patients' conditions and progress.
○Direct, coordinate, consult with, and refer patients to nurses, students, assistants, specialists, therapists, and other medical staff.
○Advise patients, parents, and guardians on diets, activities, hygiene, and disease prevention.
○Conduct research and remain up to date on current trends, discoveries, and developments in the field
