What You'll Do:
Provide compassionate and effective mental health services, including intakes, therapy, and counseling.
Gain a deep understanding of your clients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors by analyzing their psychological and psychosocial needs.
Collaborate with a supportive treatment team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
Maintain accurate and timely progress notes and discharge summaries.
Create a safe and therapeutic online environment for all your clients.
Facilitate engaging therapeutic groups that address specific treatment needs.
Offer valuable observational feedback within a multidisciplinary team setting.
Maintain all required certifications and licenses.
What You Bring:
A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.
Independent practice licensure.
1-3 years of experience since obtaining your unrestricted license.
A genuine passion for providing high-quality behavioral health care.
Comfort and proficiency with technology.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
An updated CAQH profile is a plus.

Flexible scheduling to fit your needs and the needs of our clients.
100% remote work from the comfort of your home.
A private and confidential workspace in your home or elsewhere is required.
Support in obtaining additional state licensure if needed.
