Join the Network and Edge Group (NEX) to plan, develop and sell infrastructure acceleration solutions using Infrastructure Processing Units (IPU) in the Cloud, Telco and Enterprise market segments. The Lab Technician/Manager in NEX will be responsible for: · Assembling computer systems, programming firmware · Basic Scope Capture Skills · Soldering circuit boards, fine pitch part rework · Tracking inventories · Debugging computer problems · Filling and processing shipping memos · Packing, picking up and delivering shipments · Organizing and maintaining storage area and lab and office space · Lab Management · This position will require a person to lift items up to 35 pounds to shoulder height repeatedly for up to 5 minutes at a time in order to move inventory within a building. · The qualified applicant will be using internal Intel websites for shipping, creating meetings, tracking inventory, calibration, etc. You should possess the following behavior attributes: · Ability to create and drive concepts to innovative solutions. · Clear and effective technical communication, both verbal and written. · Analytical and problem-solving skills. · Effective team player with continuous learning mindset. **Qualifications:** Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. **What we need to see (Minimum Qualifications):** · Associates degree in technology or similar and 2+ years' experience. · 1+ years' experience in technical manufacturing, maintenance, or lab management. · 1+ years' experience soldering experience, computer system assembly and debug systems. **Preferred Qualifications:** · Previous lab management experience is highly desirable. · Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel.
