Job Description

• Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities to ensure efficient operations.
• Manage inventory control processes, including receiving, storing, and shipping products.
• Train and mentor warehouse staff on best practices in logistics and safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
• Oversee heavy lifting operations and ensure proper techniques are utilized by team members.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve service delivery.
• Conduct regular inspections of warehouse equipment and facilities to maintain operational standards.
• Assist in the development of policies and procedures to enhance productivity within the warehouse.
• Operate order/cherry picker and reach truck
• RF Scanner experience

Experience

• Proven experience in a warehouse management or supervisory role, preferably within a 3PL environment.
• Strong knowledge of logistics operations and e-commerce fulfillment processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively while fostering a positive work culture.
• Experience with inventory control systems and practices.
• Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety practices in a warehouse setting.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting as required by the job duties.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team.
