Inside Sales Specialist – Inbound Leads | Join the Expansion!

Location: Chandler, AZ (In-Person Only)
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM | One Saturday/Month

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:

• Connecting with high-intent clients over the phone

• Listening to their needs and offering personalized tax relief solutions

• Using a proven script and sales system to close deals with confidence

• Keeping pace in a fun, competitive, and supportive environment

This Role Is Perfect If You:

• Are a natural closer who's comfortable on the phone

• Have a strong work ethic and love being part of a team

• Are excited about making a real impact for people in tough financial situations

• Are reliable, coachable, and eager to grow

• Have experience in sales, customer service, call centers, collections, or financial services (bonus—but not required)

Perks & Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8 AM–5 PM

• One Saturday per month (first Saturday)

• Business casual attire Monday–Thursday, Casual Fridays
