Apply today and be more with Baker. **Summary** The **Field Safety Coordinator** is responsible for assessing potentially hazardous workplace exposures by analyzing data and making recommendations to mitigate risk exposure to co-workers. Perpetuates the IIF culture. This position may be either project or region based. **Roles and Responsibilities** The **Field Safety Coordinator** will possess competency in the following areas in order to perform his/her role in a safe, productive, and effective manner. They are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all the responsibilities, skills, efforts, or working conditions associated with this job. + Analyzes Safety Data to Improve the Work Environment + Recommends Safety Training + Responsible for Record Retention + Performs Administrative Functions + Supports IIF Efforts + Ensures a Safe Work Environment + Participates in Training/Certifications **Requirements** + High School Diploma and 4 years of construction experience. + Must maintain OSHA 30 hour certification within 3 months.
