Job Description
Hype Tier is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Events Assistant to support our events team in organizing and executing a wide range of client events. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working behind the scenes to make events run smoothly. You will be an integral part of the planning process and contribute to delivering exceptional experiences from start to finish.
Responsibilities
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of events
Handle logistics including venue coordination, vendor communications, and on-site support
Maintain detailed event documentation and timelines
Manage inventory and prepare materials for upcoming events
Communicate with clients and attendees in a professional manner
Provide administrative support to the Events Manager and broader team
Ensure all events adhere to budget and branding guidelines
Assist with post-event reporting and feedback collection
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Communications, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–2 years of experience in event coordination or administrative support
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and event management tools
