We're currently seeking a detail-oriented and client-driven Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our growing team.
Position Summary:
The Commercial Lines Account Manager will play a key role in managing and servicing a book of commercial insurance business. This position is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, processing policy renewals, managing endorsements, and ensuring clients receive timely and accurate information.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned commercial insurance clients
Process renewals, endorsements, and certificates of insurance
Assist producers in quoting and binding new and renewal business
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client files in the agency management system
Communicate with carriers regarding coverage, claims, and policy changes
Review policies and endorsements for accuracy
Provide proactive risk management guidance and policy recommendations to clients
Handle client inquiries regarding coverage, billing, claims, and policy changes
Support clients with compliance and documentation requests
Maintain knowledge of carrier underwriting requirements and products
Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in commercial lines insurance
Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (required)
Strong knowledge of insurance coverages, terminology, and markets
Proficiency in agency management systems (e.g., AMS360, EPIC, HawkSoft, or similar)
Excellent communication, customer service, and time management skills
High attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities
Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to client success
