Description We are offering a temp to hire employment opportunity in Los Angeles, California, for a Billing Clerk. The role is primarily focused on generating client billing and working closely with the Finance and Production teams. Responsibilities: - Carefully processing various studio payment platforms for final invoice submission. - Regularly reconciling employee hours with logs of billable services and correcting any inaccurate information. - Handling collections and regularly following up with studio and network clients on payment status. - Taking charge of generating invoices for client submission. - Ensuring billing is prepared and sent in the correct format and structure to clients, adhering to policy and procedure.
