About This Role

This is NOT a passive networking job.

We don’t need someone to “attend events” — we need someone to own the room, build real relationships, and drive serious referral revenue.

This role is part strategic relationship builder, part sales operator, part marketing closer — and 100% about results.

You’ll lead our attorney affiliate marketing efforts — getting law firms across the country to refer us their personal injury cases. You’ll also drive our client referral program — turning happy clients into case-generating advocates.

If you are highly organized, aggressive, follow through on every task, and can turn conversations into partnerships — this is your job.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own and execute our Attorney Referral Program — proactively building relationships with lawyers, firms, and partners.
• Drive our Client Referral Program — building systems to ask for referrals and ensure happy clients send us more business.
• Attend Events, Travel, and Network — but with a plan. Pre-event strategy. Post-event follow-up. Every lead worked.
• Build outbound campaigns to prospective partners — email, calls, social DMs, gifts, handwritten notes — whatever works.
• Be the face of the firm at conferences, networking events, and legal community functions.
• Track all leads, follow-ups, and performance metrics — using our CRM and internal systems.
• Hit deadlines. Follow through on every commitment. Execute fast and clean.

Who We're Looking For

• Extremely organized — calendar ninja and CRM power user.
• Obsessed with follow-up and follow-through.
• Excellent written and verbal communicator.
• Competitive and driven — hates losing.
• Professional and polished in any setting — knows how to show up with presence.
• Results-first mindset — understands marketing is about measurable outcomes.
• Experience with affiliate marketing, referral programs, sales, or legal industry networking is a major plus.
