Account Executive - Mechanical Servicing Company - Base Salary to 80k/year - Seaford, DE

• Our client, a stable, fast-growing mechanical servicing company, has an immediate need for an Account Executive (internally titled “Maintenance Sales Representative”) to handle a territory out of the Seaford, DE area. Our client has been in business for over 75 years and has a stellar reputation in the industry. They are a continually growing company, and they are looking to add a rep in the Seaford area to help them take this division to new heights. The Seaford team operates as a tight-knit group, always willing to help each other out, and are looking for someone who operates from a “customer first” mentality in order to fit into this culture.

Responsibilities:

• In this position, the Account Executive will be responsible for new business generation and hunting for new customers, as well as handling renewals on service agreements. The Account Executive will work closely with and answer directly to the company’s Sales Manager in developing and implementing new growth strategies. They will sell to facility owners, maintenance managers and engineers.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate for this position will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and at least 3 years of proven outside sales success, preferably with experience in HVAC or selling a service. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong CRM experience and exceptional customer service skills.

Compensation:

• Our client is offering a base salary in the 60k - 80k/year range and an uncapped bonus/commission structure that should add another 10k - 20k in the first year and put you well into the six figure range in 2-3 years.
